Zhao Xinying, his penname is Zhao Xinyin, with style name of Yanxin and Art name of dongyue xiaoshi. He t a master's degree of Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is the National Firstclass Artist, the living famous oil painter, CIID senior designer and the chief art consultant of Oriental Art World. He is the first Chinese oil painter signed a contract with the Spanish Royal Gallery, the sponsor and forerunner of the Chinese Oil Painting Ten Years of "the Belt and Road" (20162026) Worldwide Tour.
